How the pricing plan & process work

  • We are offering the “Pro” scheme right now. You will get all types of services under this offerings. Our regular price is $10 per 60 minutes or 1 hr. But, currently, we are charging $5 per 60 minutes or 1 hr as a promotional proposal until further notice. All our costs are in United States dollars.

 

  • You will get regular support under a service level agreement (SLA) or customized agreement between us. We are open 24/7.

 

  • You can book myfriendico as your virtual partner. The contract duration may be hourly/weekly/monthly/quarterly or even for a whole year. We will charge $5/hr. But, before choose us, there is always free consultation option.

 

  • After free consultation, if you choose us for your virtual assistant support, just let us know your desired list of jobs from our “Services” page. You can share your customized requirements as well.

 

  • We will send you an offer letter or proposal via email. This offer letter includes your desired list of virtual assistant works, standard terms & conditions, and standard data privacy policy. You go through the proposal and read it carefully.

 

  • When you complete checking the offer letter, understand, and become satisfied, now you are good to go. Next, you will send us a Purchase Order (PO) or a mail approval from your end to start the process.

 

  • While we receive your approval, we will cross check the approval you sent to us. If there is any correction required, we will let you know. After that, we will finalize it. Then, we will assign a dedicated virtual assistant for you.

 

  • You will be billed weekly or based on the hours spent (for limited-hours jobs). Sometimes, you may have to pay a partial or total amount in advance due to some initial level expenses. It applies if we have to purchase any software, copyrighted images, domain & hosting, or any other purchase solely for your personal business requirements.

 

  • We will send you digital invoice papers before getting any payments from you or as per your requirements. You can get all the details in the invoice documents. We accept all payment methods like PayPal, visa, master card, Debit or Credit Cards, Electronic Payments or Bank Transfers, etc.
