Myfriendico was started in 2022 by two computer science engineers. Sultan runs the company from New York, after close to ten years there building web and e-commerce systems for US firms. Bulbul leads search and content. Both names and both faces are on our team page, because you should know who does your work.

Myfriendico is headquartered in Deer Park, New York. Our assistants work remotely and are scheduled around your working hours so you have cover when you need it.

No. Plans run month to month. If you would rather have a formal service level agreement or a longer arrangement, we can put one in place.
You control access and permissions throughout. We can sign a confidentiality agreement before onboarding begins.
