How it works
- You define the target. Industry, titles, company size, geography, and anything to exclude. If you are not sure, describe three companies that are a perfect fit and we will work backwards from those.
- We build a 20-lead sample and send it free. You check whether these are the people you actually want to reach.
- You approve or adjust the criteria. Most clients adjust once at this stage, which is exactly what the sample is for.
- We build and verify the full list, then deliver it as a CSV or push it into your CRM.

Prices are for verified business email plus company and contact data. Direct dial phone numbers, where we can source them legitimately, are quoted separately. Hard bounces are replaced free within 30 days.
The delivered file
A clean CSV with one row per contact and these columns as standard: first name, last name, job title, company name, business email, verification status, LinkedIn URL, company website, company size, industry, city, state, country.
Custom columns on request. If you need a field that helps you personalise the first line of an email, tell us and we will collect it while we build.
What we will not promise
We do not guarantee personal mobile numbers. Some providers sell them freely. Sourcing personal contact data without a lawful basis creates risk for you, not just for us. We supply business contact data and publicly listed numbers.
We do not guarantee a reply rate. We control list accuracy. We do not control your offer, your subject line or your timing. Anyone promising you a response rate from a list alone is selling you something they cannot deliver.
We do not send the campaign for you on this service. We build and verify the list. Sending from your domain is your decision and your deliverability. Ask us if you want help setting that up separately.

Where does the data come from?
Public company sources, professional networks, company websites, and licensed data tools. We will tell you our sources if you ask — a supplier who will not is a supplier to avoid.
Is this GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant?
We supply business contact data and flag what we collected and from where. Compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR or CCPA in how you contact those people is your responsibility, and we recommend you take your own legal advice on your outreach. We are not lawyers.
What is your bounce rate?
We verify every address before delivery and replace hard bounces free for 30 days. We do not publish a headline percentage because the honest answer depends on the industry and how obscure the titles are.
Can you use our existing list as a starting point?
Yes. Send it and we will de-duplicate against it, re-verify what is there, and fill the gaps.
How long does 500 leads take?
Usually three to five business days after you approve the sample. Harder criteria take longer and we will tell you before you order.
Why the free sample?
Because the most common failure in this work is building 1,000 perfect leads for slightly the wrong audience. Twenty leads costs us little and saves both of us that.
