1. Brand brief. Voice, audience, what you sell, what you will never say, and three accounts you admire.
2. We build the first month calendar and send it for approval. Nothing is published until you have signed it off.
3. We schedule, publish and engage daily. You get flagged only when something needs you.
4. Monthly report and next month plan. You approve, we run it.

Pricing

Ad management and paid campaign spend are not included. Video production is not included — we schedule and caption video you supply. One month minimum, then month to month.

What we will not claim

We do not promise follower numbers. Anybody quoting you a guaranteed follower count is either buying fake accounts or guessing. We commit to consistency, quality and reporting. Growth follows from those, but it depends on your offer and your market as much as on posting.

We do not produce video. We will schedule it, caption it, cut it to platform specs and publish it. Filming and full edits are not what we do.

Questions we get asked

Do you post without showing me first?

Not at the start. Everything is approved in advance for the first month. Once you trust the voice, most clients move to approving the monthly calendar only, which is faster for both of us.

Who owns the content?

You do. Everything we produce for you is yours, and you keep it if you stop working with us. That is written into our terms.

Can you write in our brand voice?

Yes, and we will get it wrong at first. Give us examples you like and correct the first batch — after that it settles quickly.

Will you handle negative comments?

We respond to routine ones using an approved reply guide and escalate anything serious to you immediately. We will never argue with a customer on your behalf.

Do you run ads?

No. This is organic social. We can point you to people who do paid properly.
